BACKGROUND:
Valley View Land Partnership, LTD and 1861 Valley View Investors, L.P are the owners of 9.695 acres of land situated on the north side of Valley View Lane between Hutton Drive and Keenan Bridge Road, presently known as Lot 2, Block A, Valley View Business Center Addition, and Lots 1 and 4, Block A, Landon Commerce Center Addition.
The owners propose to re-plat the property as Landon Valley View Addition, Lots 1 and 2, Block A for the purpose of selling Lot 2 of the proposed plat.
The proposed final plat of Landon Valley View Addition, Lots 1and 2, Block A is consistent with the Texas Local Government Code and the City platting requirements.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends approval of the proposed final plat of Landon Valley View Addition, Lots 1and 2, Block A.
ACTIONS:
1. Motion to recommend approval of the final plat of Landon Valley View Addition, Lots 1and 2, Block A
2. Any other action desired by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
