INTRODUCTION BY THE MAYOR:
The Farmers Branch Women’s Club, established in 1963, is a nonprofit organization that provides philanthropic support to the Farmers Branch community through volunteer-led fundraising efforts. With the help of donations from local businesses, supporters, and club members, the Farmers Branch Women’s Club supports local causes. Also, it provides scholarships to deserving students in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District.
This donation by the Farmers Branch Women’s Club demonstrates their continued support of City programs, and particularly their support of The Branch Connection. We would like to thank the Farmers Branch Women’s Club for this donation and their continued support of the City of Farmers Branch.
