Title
Receive a presentation regarding on-street parking where neighborhood surveys were conducted on Heartside and Damascus, and integration of the paved alley/easement as a possible solution to some parking issues.

Body
BACKGROUND:
Recently City Council adopted procedures for addressing on-street parking issues that would involve neighborhood interaction.  City Administration has performed two neighborhood parking surveys on Heartside and Damascus and will report on the results of the surveys.

Additionally City Council has discussed paved alleys versus unpaved easements and how a paved alley could impact on-street parking.  City Administration would like to propose combining the possibility of paving an alley as one of the potential solutions when conducting neighborhood parking surveys.

ACTIONS:
Provide direction to City Administration regarding on-street parking and alley/easements.
