DISCUSSION:
The following Council-requested items are outlined below to be considered for discussion related to Articles VIII and IX for consideration by the Committee.
1. Consider requiring the Capital Improvement Plan to be updated every five years instead of every seven years.
2. Discuss requiring the establishment of a specific page on the City’s website where all bids and purchase orders, not just accepted bids, are posted for transparency.
3. Consider clarifying the language regarding the reestablishment of a Charter Review Committee and the appointment of its members.
