BACKGROUND:
Design analysis and construction plans are needed in preparation for erosion control, improvements, and water main protection along Farmers Branch Creek. Erosion has resulted in unstable banks and has exposed the 12” water main crossing Farmers Branch Creek at this location.
DISCUSSION:
The Public Works Department has negotiated a professional services agreement with Nathan D. Maier for the design, permitting, and construction administration for Farmers Branch Creek Emergency Erosion Control Downstream of Ford Road.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Project is budgeted from the Capital Improvement Program, Stormwater Non-Bond Fund in the amount of $124,500.
