BACKGROUND:
At the City Council meeting on January 8, 2019, Council requested to receive a presentation regarding development density, and walkability and connectivity within the city’s Station Area and East Side. Staff will present an overview of the existing zoning and long range planning policies that promote development density, and walkability and connectivity opportunities within the Station Area and East Side.
