BACKGROUND:
In December 2014, City Administration provided City Council with a written update on the status of the open enrollment charter previously granted to Honors Academy, operating in Farmers Branch as Branch Park Academy. This presentation will provide a brief refresher of that status summary and advise Council of an upcoming deadline set forth in the existing lease agreement with Honors Academy.
