BACKGROUND:
In 2015, Ashley embarked on her adventure with our wonderful City as a part-time lifeguard. Since then, her unwavering dedication and outstanding leadership qualities have been nothing short of extraordinary. She has climbed the ladder of success through her determination and hard work, earning promotions to various pivotal roles within our Parks and Recreation Department.
From her beginnings as a lifeguard, Ashley swiftly ascended the ranks, demonstrating her expertise and commitment in positions such as head lifeguard, aquatics specialist, aquatics coordinator, aquatics supervisor, and aquatics assistant manager. Today, we celebrate her latest achievement as the Recreation Manager, a testament to her exceptional capabilities and tireless efforts.
Ashley's journey exemplifies our city's pledge to nurture talent and cultivate leaders from within. Her steadfast dedication, relentless work ethic, and unwavering passion for our mission embody the very essence of our REACT culture, inspiring all who work alongside her.
