Body
BACKGROUND:
In July, 2014, the City approved the rezoning of this tract to Planned Development No. 97 (PD-97). PD-97 was designed for business park development, including office warehouses. This rezoning request included a Conceptual Site Plan (and two Special Exceptions regarding warehouse parking ratios) for two large office warehouse buildings containing approximately 477,360 square feet of leasable area.

DISCUSSION:
The applicant, Prologis, is now requesting approval of the Detailed Site Plan for that same conceptual design. The proposed Detailed Site Plan is consistent with PD-97 and the approved Conceptual Site Plan.

RECOMMENDATION:
On September 22, 2014, the Planning & Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of this Detailed Site Plan as described in Resolution No. 2014-089.
