BACKGROUND:
 
A Detailed site Plan was approved for this site in September 2014 with Resolution No. 2014-074. Unfortunately the applicant has not been able to obtain construction bids within 25% of the original estimated project cost, and is forced to redesign the project.
 
The proposed new Detailed Site Plan consists of three (3) residential buildings, all three stories in height. A total of 136 dwelling units are proposed. Approximately 21% of the site is proposed to be natural or landscaped open space.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
 
City Staff recommends approval of the revised Detailed Site Plan.

2.      Motion to recommend denial of the revised Detailed Site Plan as outlined and presented at this meeting.
