BACKGROUND:
Upon the City Council’s direction, the discussion on the bond election was initiated in October 2023. After a number of in-depth discussions, the Council approved the projects presented to be considered for the 2024 Bond Election.
During today’s Study Session, the City Council will receive a presentation from the City’s Bond Counsel, Bracewell, LLP to discuss the 2024 Bond Election, the timeline of events, and compliance with the Texas Law related to the bond election.
