Discuss the creation of a Municipal Drainage Utility System Advisory Committee.

BACKGROUND:
On September 16, 2014, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 3299 establishing a municipal drainage utility fee, with a provision that a citizen committee be selected to annually review the municipal drainage utility fee schedule and associated projects beginning in the second year.
DISCUSSION:
City Administration will be present to discuss the creation of a Municipal Drainage Utility System Advisory Committee.
