Title

Receive the 4th Quarterly Report for The Branch Connection.

Body

BACKGROUND:

Staff will be present to review The Branch Connection’s quarterly report. A brief summary is included; however, the full report is attached for review.

The City's fiscal year (FY) runs from October through September. This report includes year-to-date (YTD) information for the October through September time frame.

For FY 24/25, the total cost recovery is 6%. With the facility closed for nearly the entire fiscal year, we expected a decline in revenue and cost recovery. Instead, we saw positive gains driven by new memberships, membership renewals, vendor fees, rental fees, and trip fees. Throughout the closure, staff kept members engaged by offering services and programs at alternative locations until returning to the building late in the year. As operations resumed on-site, revenue continued to strengthen, and staff look forward to building on this momentum in the newly renovated facility.

Providing outstanding customer service and quality programs to the community is a priority for The Branch Connection. Our NPS for the fourth quarter of FY 24/25 was an 83. The survey’s data for this fiscal year counts from May 2025 to the end of September 2025.

*Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool used to gauge an organization's customer relationships' loyalty and can be associated with revenue growth. An NPS of 50 or greater is considered excellent, and anything over 70 is exceptional.
