Consider approving Resolution No. 2014-073 to amend the Site Plan for Lot 1, Block 1, Hutton Valley Distribution Center Addition, commonly known as 2005 Valley View Lane, located within Planned Development No. 77 (PD-77) zoning district and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
The Lincoln Property Company is requesting an amendment to their site plan for additional surface parking on the property. They are proposing to install thirty (30) new truck trailer parking spaces along the northeast and southeast perimeters of the property.
RECOMMENDATION:
On August 25, 2014, the Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the amended site plan as described in Resolution No. 2014-073.
ACTIONS:
1) Motion to approve Resolution No. 2014-073 to amend the Site Plan for Lot 1, Block 1, Hutton Valley Distribution Center Addition, commonly known as 2005 Valley View Lane, and located within Planned Development No. 77 (PD-77) zoning district.
2) Motion to deny Resolution No. 2014-073 to amend the Site Plan for Lot 1, Block 1, Hutton Valley Distribution Center Addition, commonly known as 2005 Valley View Lane, and located within Planned Development No. 77 (PD-77) zoning district.
3) Motion to approve with modifications Resolution No. 2014-073.
4) Motion to continue discussion of this case to the next meeting.
