BACKGROUND:
SWBC Luna LLC is the sole owner of an approximately 4.99-acre tract of land located south of the eastbound I-635 LBJ Freeway service road between Luna Road and Newberry Street. The applicant proposes to create one (1) new lot of record, and to dedicate easements necessary for a multifamily residential development.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the final plat of SWBC Mercer Crossing, Phase I, Block A, Lot 1.
ACTIONS:
1. I move to approve the final plat as presented.
