REQUESTOR:
Fleet Operations Department

BACKGROUND:
Staff is requesting approval to purchase replacement assets for the Police (2), Public Works (6), Facilities Department (2), and Fleet Departments (3). These vehicles are due for replacement according to the fleet replacement guidelines, and were approved as a part of the FY 2024-25 budget process in the total amount of $1,424,688. Details regarding each of the vehicles being replaced are in the attached memorandum.

DISCUSSION:
Council will discuss approving Resolution No. 2025-175 for the replacement of fleet vehicles.

FISCAL IMPACT:
Budgeted financial impact of $1,424,688 approved in the FY 2024-25 budget.
