BACKGROUND:
As a matter of practice, the City Council has excused the absence of a City Council member when a member has a pre noticed excusable absence.  By excusing an absence the City Council member is not penalized with using one of the three unexcused absences allowed in the Charter.
 
DISCUSSION:
The City Council may wish to consider excusing the absence of Council Member Robinson at the June 4, 2013 City Council meeting.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the excused absence of Council Member Robinson for the June 4, 2013 City Council meeting.
 
ACTIONS:
  1. Motion to approve the excused absence of Council Member Robinson for the June 4, 2013 City Council meeting.
  2. Motion to deny approval of the excused absence of Council Member Robinson for the June 4, 2013 City Council meeting.
  3. Motion to modify to meet the needs of the Council.
  4. Motion to table the issue for further study or take no action.
