Determine the site for the Annual Tree City Ceremony.

BACKGROUND:
Staff will discuss possible park sites for the annual Tree City ceremony with the Board. The ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026. The Public Works Department will also continue its tree giveaway program on that same date at the City Hall complex.
A potential site for 2026 would be Templeton Trails Park. The ceremony was held at Gussie Field Park in 2025.
