BACKGROUND:
The City’s current medical and pharmacy contracts with UMR and ProAct expire on December 31, 2024. As we approach this deadline, this discussion will outline the changes being made to the contract. The City plans to renew these contracts with existing vendors while implementing changes to the premium structure.
DISCUSSION:
The City Council will receive a presentation from insurance broker McGriff Insurance Services to review the contract renewal for UMR and ProAct.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are budgeted in the FY 24-25 Health Claim fund.
