The City Attorney will provide information regarding the following items:
• Section 2.14 - draft language regarding reduction of quorum from 4 to 3 with a provision that if only three voting members are present, a supermajority vote would be required for an item to pass. (City Attorney will provide draft language at the meeting)
• Section 2.14 - Information regarding abstention language
• Section 2.18 - Information regarding requiring the financial audit online
