BACKGROUND:
The applicant, 7-Eleven is proposing to develop a gas station with a convenience store on their 0.746 acre lot located at 14054 North Stemmons Freeway. The convenience store will include beer and wine sales. The property is located within the Planned Development District No. 70 (PD-70) and in the “Zone 1” off-premise alcohol overlay district.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommend approval of the Specific Use Permit as presented at this meeting.
