BACKGROUND:
This item was placed on the agenda at the request of Council Member Froehlich. Council Member Froehlich stated concerns about contractors working in the City without liability insurance.
DISCUSSION:
City Administration has surveyed multiple surrounding cities, compiled a report of the findings, and will present the report at the Study Session Meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration is requesting direction from City Council as to their desires regarding this item.
