BACKGROUND:
Elm Investments is the owner of a 1.659 acre tract of land near the southeast corner of Havenhurst Avenue and Elder Street, with frontage on Bee Street as Lot 1, Block A, Precision Landscape Management Addition.
 
The owner proposes to replat the property as Eichten-Land Plaza Addition, Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block A for the purpose of selling Lot 2 of the proposed plat.
 
The proposed final plat of Eichten-Land Plaza Addition, Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block A is consistent with the Texas Local Government Code and the City platting requirements.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends approval of the proposed final plat of Eichten-Land Plaza Addition, Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block A.
 
ACTIONS:
1.      Motion to recommend approval of the final plat of Eichten-Land Plaza Addition, Lot 1, 2 and 3, Block A.
2.      Any other action desired by the Commission.
