BACKGROUND:
The City of Farmers Branch uses a cloud-based budgeting and financial transparency system to support the annual budget process, long-term financial planning, performance tracking, and public financial reporting. The system helps City staff organize and present financial information in a consistent and easy-to-understand format.
The City’s current annual agreement is nearing the end of its term. Continued licensing, maintenance, support, and cloud hosting are needed to keep the system available, up to date, and supported for staff and public use.

The proposed pricing will not exceed $81,709 for the first year. Year two will not exceed $85,794, and year three will not exceed $90,084. The total three-year cost will not exceed $257,587.
The agreement will be obtained through an approved state cooperative purchasing contract. This purchasing method provides established contract terms and complies with applicable state purchasing requirements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The first-year fiscal impact will not exceed $81,709. The second-year cost will not exceed $85,794, and the third-year cost will not exceed $9...
