BACKGROUND:
The Sustainability Committee has previously approved meeting minutes for the following meetings: January 11, 2023, February 8, 2023, March 8, 2023, and July 9, 2025. The original hardcopies of these signed meeting minutes have been lost and will need to be reapproved and signed so they can be scanned for proper record keeping.
