The City Council will convene into a closed Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.076 (Security Devices), Section 551.0761 (Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity), and Section 551.089 (Network Security) to discuss and deliberate on infrastructure technology assessment, improvement, and modernization, cybersecurity, network security, and critical infrastructure cybersecurity.
