Consider approving annual Board and Commission appointments and reappointments for 2024; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
Each year, the City Council conducts its annual workshop to consider appointments to fill board vacancies and reappointments. A City Council board appointment work session was held on June 15, 2024. A proposed slate list has been created from the work session. Once applicants have been appointed, the City Secretary’s office will notify all applicants of appointments, reappointments, and required training.

POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:
1. I move to approve the slate list as presented.
2. I move to approve the slate list with modifications.
3. I move to table the issue for further study or take no action.
