BACKGROUND:
At the September 16, 2026, meeting, the Committee agreed to use the October 21 meeting to conduct a final review of the proposed Charter amendments and confirm the complete list for presentation to the City Council. The Committee also requested that the Council-requested review items be redistributed for use during its final review.
The attached materials may be used to confirm that all requested items have been addressed, resolve any remaining pending items, and finalize the Committee’s recommendations for presentation to the City Council, scheduled for November 3, 2026.
