BACKGROUND:
The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Soccer Association (CFBSA) is a non-profit organization committed to promoting youth soccer in the communities of Carrollton and Farmers Branch. CFBSA provides training, education, and recreational soccer experiences to more than 2,000 children ages three to nineteen.
DISCUSSION:
CFBSA would like to donate a set of portable soccer goals (valued at $1,476) to the City of Farmers Branch to be used at Pepper Park for youth soccer.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends accepting the donation of portable goals from the CFBSA.
