Discuss the Park Board’s Bi-Annual update to City Council.

BACKGROUND:
The Parks and Recreation Board Chair will conduct the annual parks and recreation update at the December 12, 2024 City Council meeting. Staff will review the 2023 update presentation with the Board and solicit input and suggestions for the 2024 update presentation.
Previously, the Board Chair provided reviews to the City Council bi-annually, but starting in 2024 and moving forward, there will only be one review at the end of each year.
