BACKGROUND:
City staff recently completed an inventory of greenhouse gas emissions for the community and municipal operations for the calendar year 2023. Staff will provide the preliminary results and discuss future steps for tracking reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.
The results of the 2023 greenhouse gas inventory are under a technical review by a third-party, if any significant changes are made as a result of the review, staff will provide a future update to the committee.
