The City Council will convene into closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and Section 551.074 (Personnel) to seek legal advice from the City Attorney and to discuss and deliberate on the evaluation, duties, and discipline of councilmembers, legal boundaries of council duties, and methods available for conflict resolution.
