BACKGROUND:
Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Omar Roman has requested a presentation regarding a request from the homeowners within the Coventry Subdivision in Mercer Crossing related to the fencing of an existing common area and trail section. This common area is currently platted as a utility, drainage, and pedestrian access easement. However, the City's consent is needed for any fence or gate constructed within an easement.
