The City Council may convene into a closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, Personnel Matters, to discuss the potential creation of an in-house legal department, including staffing levels, qualifications, compensation, roles and responsibilities, and future considerations related to internalizing legal services.
