BACKGROUND:
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends approving Resolution No. 2023-046 authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Envirophase for the asbestos remediation and demolition of 2335 Jett Street.
ACTIONS:
1.) Motion to approve Resolution No. 2013-046 authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Ford Audio-Video for the purchase and installation of a replacement court room audio/visual system, utilizing Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS).
2.) Motion to deny Resolution No. 2013-046 authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Ford Audio-Video for the purchase and installation of a replacement court room audio/visual system, utilizing Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS).
3.) Motion to modify to meet the needs of the Council.
4.) Motion to table the issue for further study or take no action.
