Receive a report from TRC on the Farmers Branch Creek Flow Study and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
On January 21, 2014, the City Council approved a contract with TRC to complete a study of flows associated with Farmers Branch Creek and to determine any flow impacts made by the Vitruvian Park development in Addison.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. James Machin, P.E., with the TRC office in Austin, will be presenting their findings and recommendations to the City Council for consideration.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends accepting the recommendations of the report from TRC.
ACTIONS:
1) Motion to accept the recommendations of the report from TRC and direct City Staff to pursue course of action as outlined by Council.
2) Motion to deny the recommendations of the report from TRC.
3) Motion to modify the recommendations of the report to meet the needs of the Council.
4) Motion to table the issue for further study or take no action.
