Title
Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3284 for a Specific Use Permit allowing an Indoor Vehicular Sales Business to be located at 14832 Venture Drive and take appropriate action. This Specific Use Permit includes an associated site plan.

BACKGROUND:
The applicant, Lone Star Motors is proposing an indoor Vehicle Sales business within the existing office warehouse building on the east side of Venture Drive, approximately 700 feet south of Beltline Road. The proposed business would contain approximately 9,800 square feet of leasable area. No vehicle sales, display or storage would be allowed outdoors.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
At its regular meeting on May 29, 2014, the Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the requested Specific Use Permit as described in Ordinance No. 3284.
 
ACTIONS:
1)      Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 3284 for a Specific Use Permit allowing Indoor Vehicle Sales at 14832 Venture as presented and illustrated on the associated site plan.
2)      Motion to deny Ordinance No. 3284 for a Specific Use Permit allowing Indoor Vehicle Sales at 14832 Venture as presented and illustrated on the associated site plan.
3)      Motion to approve Ordinance No. 3284 with modification for a Specific Use Permit allowing Indoor Vehicle Sales at 14832 Venture as presented and illustrated on the associated Site Plan.
4)      Motion to continue discussion of the case at the next regular meeting
