BACKGROUND:
The site is located within the Local Retail District 2 (LR-2) zoning district.
DISCUSSION:
The applicant, Jose Luis Cuevas, is proposing to convert a portion of the existing warehouse and office building to a banquet hall. The SUP application also includes a proposal for a new retail building along the western property line.
RECOMMENDATION:
On July 27, 2015 the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of the Specific Use Permit as described in the Ordinance No. 3336.
