BACKGROUND:
The site is located within the Planned Development Number 8 (PD-8) zoning district.
DISCUSSION:
The applicant, Westlake Ace Hardware, has proposed a permanent and seasonal outside sales area in the front parking area, facing Josey Lane, a reorganized sidewalk sales adjacent to the existing retail store and an outside storage area at the rear parking area (west of the store).
RECOMMENDATION:
On July 27, 2015 the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of the Specific Use Permit as described in the Ordinance No. 3337.
