Consider a request from Hoebeke Builders for approval of a site plan for a 1.86-acre tract located at 2525 Danny Lane and 2525 Leta Mae Lane and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
A small custom residential developer, Hoebeke Builders Incorporated, has assembled 1.86 acres of undeveloped land within Planned Development No. 36 (PD-36) in hopes of creating five (5) single family detached lots. Included with this site plan is a requirement for the developer to build a missing portion of Leta Mae Lane (approximately 255 feet in length). Each of the proposed lots will meet or exceed the development requirements of PD-36 and the R-4 zoning district.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Staff recommends approval of the proposed site plan including the Leta Mae Lane street improvements.
ACTIONS:
1. Motion to recommend approval of the proposed site plan creating 5 single family lots and including the construction of the described portion of Leta Mae Lane.
2. Motion to recommend denial of the proposed site plan creating 5 single family lots and including the construction of the described portion of Leta Mae Lane.
