BACKGROUND:
This item has been placed on the agenda by request of Council Member Bomgardner to discuss September meeting dates for 2017.
DISCUSSION:
City Council may wish to review the calendar of meeting dates for 2017 and make any necessary amendments by motion.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends City Council make a motion to include any date changes to City Council meeting dates for 2017.
POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:
1. I move to approve amending the City Council meeting date to ___________ (List Date) for the month of __________ (State Month).
2. I move to approve amending the City Council meeting date to ___________ (List Date) for the month of __________ (State Month).
with modifications.
3. I move to table the issue for further study or take no action.
