BACKGROUND:
City Council approved Resolution No. 2016-017, on February 2, 2016, creating a Citizen Bond Committee. The Committee has researched and assessed the capital needs of the City and provided a list of recommendations to City Council.
DISCUSSION:
The Citizen Bond Committee has provided its findings and recommendations to City Council and completed all assigned tasks and responsibilities and should be dissolved.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends approving Resolution No. 2017-034, as presented.
POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:
1. I move to approve Resolution No. 2017-034, as presented.
2. I move to approve Resolution No. 2017-034, with the following modifications.
3. I move to table the issue for further study or take no action.
