BACKGROUND:
The applicant has proposed to develop a senior housing community of 81 units in three 4 story buildings. The proposed 4.78-acre site is located on Wittington Place approximately 900 ft. east of Luna Road. This site is located within the Planned Development District No. 99 (PD-99).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Detailed Site Plan.
