BACKGROUND:
The applicant, ATV Scooter Store, is a licensed dealer of Scooters, ATVs and Motorcycles. They are requesting a Specific Use Permit to allow vehicle sales and outdoor display of the vehicles. The site is located within the Planned Development District No. 70 (PD-70).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the proposed Specific Use Permit.
