BACKGROUND:
The proposed 8.791-acre site is located approximately 650 feet east of Luna Road, within Planned Development District No. 88 (PD-88). The applicant is proposing to develop the 3rd phase of The Mercer Crossing Apartments, a multi-family community consisting of 260 dwelling units. The Detailed Site Plan involves one (1) Special Exception.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommend approval of the Detailed Site Plan as presented at this meeting.
