Conduct a public hearing and consider a request from BV Eagle Alpha LLC / Bridgeview for a comprehensive amendment to the Planned Development District No. 80 (PD-80) for a 13.994-acre site located at 5,000 Alpha Road and 4951 Simonton Road and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
The applicant, BV Alpha LLC, is proposing to redevelop the entire block between Alpha Road, Inwood Road, Simonton Road and Cambridge Concourse into a mixed-use development that will contain multi-family, hotel, office, restaurant and retail uses. The Conceptual Site Plan for PD-88 will also be amended with this zoning amendment.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the zoning amendment of PD-80 with the associated Conceptual Site Plan.
