BACKGROUND:
The applicant is proposing a mixed use development that will include retail and restaurant uses. The proposed 3.73-acre site is located in the block bordered by the DART railway, Pike Street, Pepperwood Street, Goodland Street and Valley View Lane. The site is located within Planned Development District No 86 (PD-86).
The proposed Detailed Site Plan includes Special Exceptions for the Building Envelope Standards.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Detailed Site Plan as presented at this meeting.
