Consider approving Resolution No. 2017-069 approving an amended and restated Continuing Disclosure Agreement by and among City of Farmers Branch, Texas, FMSbonds, Inc., Public Finance Authority, and Municap, Inc. with respect to the Public Finance Authority for Contract Revenue Bonds, Series 2017 (Mercer Crossing Public Improvement District Project); and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
Due to a change in underwriters, the Continuing Disclosure Agreement has been amended from RBC Capital Markets, LLC to FMSbonds, Inc. as the underwriter. Bond Counsel and Underwriter’s Counsel have both reviewed this change.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends approval of Resolution No. 2017-069, as presented.
POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:
1. I move to approve Resolution No. 2017-069, as presented.
2. I move to approve .Resolution No. 2017-069, with modifications.
3. I move to table the issue for further study or take no action.
