Mayor Pro Tem Harold Froehlich has served on the Farmers Branch City Council for nine years. During that time, he also served as Deputy Mayor Pro Tem and Mayor Pro Tem. Mayor Phelps will present him with a service pin honoring him for his years of service to the City of Farmers Branch.
