Receive a staff report regarding recycling cart size options.

BACKGROUND:
City Council asked CWD, the current solid waste and recycling vendor, if it was possible to provide different sized carts for recycling. City and CWD staffs have discussed the issue. City staff will present options as well as feedback from the Sustainability Committee regarding the issue. Staff will seek feedback from City Council regarding offering different sized carts for recycling.
